Is your business insured?

Yes, Dog Doo Away is fully insured, giving you peace of mind that your property is protected while we’re on-site.

No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, we can perform the service and ensure your gate is securely closed before leaving.

Absolutely! We provide year-round service, including snow-covered yards. Regular cleanups in winter prevent buildup and make spring cleaning easier.

You’ll receive a text notification 60 minutes before our arrival and an email or text once the job is complete, including a photo of your securely closed gate for added reassurance.

Payment can be added during your initial booking. For ongoing services, you will be automatically billed at the start of the month to make things hassle-free. 

We use a kennel-grade disinfectant to clean all equipment and footwear after every service, minimizing the risk of spreading germs or illness.

No, we don’t require long-term contracts. You’re free to use our services as needed, with no obligation beyond each visit. Cancellations can be made anytime up to 14 days before your next billing date.

We double-bag all waste and either place it neatly in your garbage bin or leave it tidily on the side of your house, depending on your preference.

 
 

Yes, we’re happy to have your dog in the yard during the service as long as they’re friendly and comfortable with strangers. If your dog prefers their space, it’s best to keep them indoors or in a separate area during our visit.

 
 

We work in most weather conditions, including light rain or snow. However, in extreme weather, we may need to reschedule and will notify you in advance.
